68A-27.002

Provision for Harassment of Endangered, Threatened and Species of Special Concern on Airport Property (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule change is to update a referenced rule in this section. The effect of the proposed rule changes will be to enable the agency to better manage fish and wildlife resources.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule change would be a technical change to update a rule reference.
