PURPOSE:

The purposes and effects of the proposed rule development are to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2008, associated with general methods of taking game; the use of dogs for taking game; and the taking of destructive birds and mammals.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rule include general methods of taking game, the use of dogs for taking game, and the taking of destructive birds and mammals.
