Advertising in a Language Other Than English

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is intended to address advertising in a language other than English.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule specifies that it shall be considered an unfair or deceptive act or practice to disseminate any advertisement without including disclosures or limitations on the offer in the language principally used in the advertisement.
