SUMMARY:

The rule provides the strategy by which HHR program funds shall be utilized by eligible entities for affordable housing recovery efforts. Rules incorporated below replace Emergency Rules 67ER05-1 through 7 which expired December 27, 2005 and Emergency Rules 67ER05-26 through 67ER05-32 which will expire June 25, 2006.
