Use of Benefits at In-State Private Colleges or Universities, Out-of-State Colleges and Universities and Vocational-Technical Schools (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To amend the transfer of advance payment contract benefits to in-state independent colleges or universities to include the transfer of the new tuition differential fee and to update terminology.

SUMMARY:

This rule change amends the Florida Prepaid College Plan transfer of advance payment contract benefits to in-state independent colleges or universities to include the transfer of the new tuition differential fees.
