Board Approval of CPA Ethics Continuing Education by Providers

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to amend the rule in order to add that the fee is not refundable if an application for Board approval of CPA Ethics continuing education is withdrawn or denied.

SUMMARY:

The fee for an application for Board approval of CPA Ethics continuing education is not refundable if the application is withdrawn or denied.
