Standards of Appraisal Practice

PURPOSE:

The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is promulgating Rule 61J1-9.001, F.A.C., to ensure that real estate appraisers of all licensure categories comply with the 2006 Uniform Rules of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

SUMMARY:

All real estate appraisers of all licensure categories must comply with the 2006 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
