Temporary License

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to amend the rule to delete the requirements regarding out-of-state certified public accountants of firms that have received a temporary permit and the submission of financial statements for review by the Board.

SUMMARY:

The requirements that out-of-state certified public accountants of firms that have received a temporary permit and the submission of financial statements for review by the Board will be deleted from the rule.
