	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, November 5, 2007, 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Meeting Room, Lakeland Public Library, 100 Lake Morton Drive, Lakeland, Florida 33801

Subject:	The purpose of this customer meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues in Docket No. 070466-SU, Application for a limited proceeding rate increase in Polk County by West Lakeland Wastewater, Inc. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting.
