PURPOSE:

This rule chapter is being amended and restructured, including repealing six of the existing rules. The repeal of rules is part of the Department’s overall goal to review existing rules and to repeal any rules that are considered to be obsolete or unnecessary. The remaining two rules are simplified. The rule chapter title also is amended.
