Application for Licensure (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete application fee for “initial licensure” and to delete “nonrefundable” reference from description of application fee and to add “application fee for licensure by endorsement”.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will delete application fee for “initial licensure” and to delete “nonrefundable” reference from description of application fee and to add “application fee for licensure by endorsement”.
