64F-1.007	Fair Hearing and Appeals (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To implement current federal provisions affecting the WIC program and to clarify and expand existing rules.

SUBJECT:

Proposed rules and rule amendments will implement federal cost containment and confidentiality requirements, will clarify and expand rule provisions for ease of use and will delete provisions contained in federal regulations which will be incorporated by reference.
