Military Sales Practices

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule chapter sets forth standards to protect active duty service members of the United States Armed Forces from dishonest and predatory insurance sales practices.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule chapter is intended to regulate the sale of life insurance including the sale of annuities to United States’ military service members.
