FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, July 11, 2006, 8:45 a.m. PLACE: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 W.), Palatka, Florida 32177 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion of Finance & Administration Committee agenda items followed by committee recommendations to be approved by the full Governing Board. Staff will recommend approval of external budget amendments which affect the adopted budget. REGULATORY COMMITTEE DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, July 11, 2006, 10:00 a.m. PLACE: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 W.), Palatka, Florida 32177 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion and consideration of Regulatory agenda items followed by committee recommendations to be approved by the full Governing Board. GOVERNING BOARD MEETING INCLUDING PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND ACQUISITION DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, July 11, 2006, 1:00 p.m. PLACE: District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 W.), Palatka, Florida 32177 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Discussion and consideration of District business including regulatory and non-regulatory matters. BUDGET MEETING DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, July 11, 2006, following the Governing Board meeting which begins 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	District Headquarters, 4049 Reid St. (Hwy. 100 W.), Palatka, Florida 32177

Subject:	Discussion of budget information and consideration of a tentative millage rate and tentative budget for Fiscal Year October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007.

One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meetings and hearings by means of communications media technology. If any person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above listed meetings or hearings, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
