Certificate of Need Application Procedures

PURPOSE:

The agency is proposing to update the rule that defines application procedures used in Rule 59C-1, F.A.C. due to calendar changes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule is updated to reflect statutory changes to the batching cycle calendar currently defined in Rule 59C-1.008, F.A.C.
