Fee Schedule and Annual Invoicing and Data Updating (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

To modify the Special District Fee Invoice and Update Form to include information regarding the creation document, map and last update.

SUMMARY:

This amendment proposes to modify the Special District Fee Invoice and Update Form to add information regarding whether the creation document and map are on file as required, and the date the department received the last update from the special district.
