RULE:

25-6.044	Continuity of Service
25-6.0455	Annual Distribution Service Reliability Report

PURPOSE:

To clarify various provisions and to require each utility's annual distribution reliability report to include all outages caused by events listed in subsection (4) of this rule, described below.

SUMMARY:

Revise requirements for investor-owned electric utilities to annually report outage data that is used to assess distribution service reliability and changes in quality of service.
