RULE:

63E-6.003

Admission Criteria (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Amending the requirement that the preadmission comprehensive evaluation be conducted no more than six months prior to program placement.

SUMMARY:

The amendment runs the six-month period from the point at which the youth is referred to the program, thus ensuring that youth deemed eligible based upon a timely comprehensive evaluation will be referred without the need for a second evaluation at the time of admission.
