RULE:

1S-2.037

Provisional Ballots

PURPOSE:

The changes are proposed to reflect the changes made to the Florida Election Code, effectuated by the enactment of Chapter 2007-30, Laws of Florida, which reduced the number of days from 3 days to 2 days in which certain provisional ballot voters have to submit to the supervisor of elections written evidence supporting their eligibility to vote before their ballot can be counted.
