RULE:

68-1.009	Delegations of Authority to the Executive Director

PURPOSE:

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is amending its General Provisions Rule Chapter to include existing Due Process Procedures in the Commission’s rules and to incorporate into rule by reference existing Delegations of Authority from the Commission to the Executive Director.

SUBJECT:

The subject area of the rulemaking is due process procedures and delegations of authority.
