	The Florida Independent Living Council, Inc. announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, May 25, 2007 at 11:00 a.m.

PLACE:	1018 Thomasville Road, Suite 100 A Tallahassee, Florida 32303

Subject:	The Florida Independent Living Council announces the following meetings: MEETING: Full Council Teleconference PURPOSE: To conduct the regular business of the council. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the Florida Independent Living Council at 1018 Thomasville Road, Suite 100A Tallahassee, Florida 32303-6271, telephone (850) 488-5624 or toll free 877-822-1993. Any person who needs an accommodation to participate in this meeting because of a disability, including alternative formats, should submit a request for such accommodation in writing at least one week before the meeting date. COMMITTEE AND TASK FORCE MEETINGS: Please note that committees and task forces of the Florida Independent Living Council will meet at various times throughout the year to carry out the work of the council; the meeting dates and times will be posted at the above address at least seven days prior to the meeting. Persons who want to be notified of such meetings may request to be put on the mailing list for such notices by writing to Molly Gosline at the council address. Notices of meetings and hearing must advise that a record is required to appeal. Each board, commission or agency of this state or of any political subdivision thereof shall include in the notice of any meeting or hearing, if notice of the meeting or hearing is required, of such board, commission or agency, conspicuously on such notice, the advice that, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
