Merit Award Program for Instructional Personnel and School-Based Administrators (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to develop rule language to administer the “Merit Award Program for Instructional Personnel and School Based Administrators” created by Chapter 2007-3, Laws of Florida. The rule will address the calculation of average teacher salaries per district, reporting formats, and the review of plan procedures.
