RULE:

61D-6.008

Permitted Medications for Horses (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to amend the Division’s rules regarding the race-day administration of Salix to racehorses.

SUMMARY:

The rules address the following subject matter areas: changes to the procedure by which reports of administration will be received and processed by the Division, and penalty provisions for Salix tag violations.
