PURPOSE:

These rules have been incorporated in Rule Chapter 5B-62, F.A.C., Citrus Nursery Stock Certification Program and are no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 5B-44, F.A.C., in its entirety is being repealed.
