PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to amend the rule to have only one deadline for completion and receipt of the application for Transfers or Additional Business Entities.

The rule amendment will amend the rule to say that there is only one deadline for completion and receipt of the application for Transfers or Additional Business Entities.
