	The State Board of Education announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 5, 2007, 2:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Via Conference Call -- The conference call number will be provided on the Department's website 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Subject:	The State Board of Education will continue the process of selecting a Commissioner of Education by discussing their vision of qualifications with the selected search firm.
