State Building Code Adopted (Transferred to 9N-1.001)

PURPOSE:

To implement § 10 of Chapter 2007-1, Laws of Florida, repealing the alternative wind borne protection provisions, allowing design for internal pressure and the specific provisions applying to areas of the state from Franklin County west.

SUBJECT:

Wind borne debris protection for construction in the State outside of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
