69O-170.0155

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to adopt Form OIR-B1-1790, “Certificate of True and Accurate Rate Filing”, required to be filed by property insurers on or after March 1, 2007, with a rate filing made pursuant to Section 627.062, F.S.

SUMMARY:

This form shall be signed, under oath, by the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Actuary.
