Overview



	The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 30, 2007, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	The Capitol, Lower Level, The Cabinet Meeting Room, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	Proposed amendment to the above rule will be considered by the Governor and Cabinet. A notice of Proposed Rule Making regarding the above rule was published in the November 3, 2006, issue of the F.A.W., Vol. 32, No. 44, pp. 5149-5152.
