Overview



	The State of Florida Retirement Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 15-16, 2006, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Omni Hotel, 245 Water Street, Jacksonville, Florida

Subject:	To conduct hearings pursuant to Section 121.23, Florida Statutes, and to consider other matters related to the business of the Commission.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: by writing to the State Retirement Commission, Department of Management Services, 4050 Esplanade Way, Suite 160, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0950, or by telephoning (850)487-2410. A party who decides to appeal any decision made at such hearings will need a verbatim record of the hearing and may need to ensure that one is made, including the testimony and evidence, upon which the appeal is to be based.
