Inmate Substance Abuse Testing (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend the rule to incorporate revisions to form DC1-827, Reasonable Suspicion Testing Tracking, to expand the range of drugs that are tested in the Inmate Drug Test Program.

SUMMARY:
