Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Petroleum Storage Systems announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, December 14, 2006, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until not later than 5 p.m.

PLACE:	Ramada Inn & Conference Center, 2900 N. Monroe St., Tallahassee, FL 32303 (Telephone number (850) 386-1027)

Subject:	The Bureau Chief and staff will discuss information about source removal, Section 376.30716, Florida Statutes, (“subsequently discovered discharge” legislation), data collection for source removal, tanks upgrade information and delays in remedial action as well as possible other items.
