RULE:

75-5.001

Occupational Licensure

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to update rule language and incorporated occupational license application forms for improved clarity and usability and to update statutory citations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will update Commission rule to improve the clarity and usability of occupational license application forms for individual and business applicants, clarify rule language, and update statutory citations.
