MMTC Background Screening

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking amends Rule 64-4.208 F.A.C., to update incorporated material, definitions, timeframes, and language requiring submission of background screening information to the Department.

SUMMARY:

This rule outlines the process and form necessary for required background screening of medical marijuana treatment center employees, owners, and managers to implement section 381.986, F.S.
