RULE:

6A-20.0282

Dual Enrollment Scholarship Program

PURPOSE:

The rule establishes the requirements to receive and the process of awarding funds to institutions for reimbursement for Dual Enrollment participation. The rule amendment will add language establishing that institutions can seek reimbursement for students participating in dual enrollment as long as they are currently enrolled in Department of War schools and their parents are active-duty military and Florida residents.

SUMMARY:

Rule addresses requirements regarding the Dual Enrollment Scholarship.
