Constitutional Amendment Initiative Petition; Submission Deadline; Signature Verification

PURPOSE:

Amendment to the Rule and its incorporated forms to fully implement Ch. 2025-21, Laws of Fla., update contact information, update statutory citations, and incorporate administrative experience.

SUMMARY:

This amendment updates the Rule and incorporated forms to conform to statutory changes related to circulator registration, update the procedure for approval and production of petition forms for circulation, update contact information and statutory citations, and make other changes based on administrative experience.
