6A-5.030

District Instructional Personnel and School Administrator Evaluation Systems

PURPOSE:

Rule 6A-5.030, F.A.C., establishes the requirements and procedures for the annual evaluation of instructional personnel and school administrators pursuant to Section 1012.34, F.S., including district responsibilities, system approval criteria, and reporting requirements. Changes are prompted by HB 875, including updated Florida Educator Accomplished Practices, and HB 753, including school counselor evaluation requirements.

SUMMARY:

This rule governs employee evaluations.
