PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to update the requirements for who may apply; re-examination; and Initial Licensure or Registration Requirement for Instruction on Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome; Course Content and Approval Requirements.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates and clarifies the rule requirements pursuant to s. 120.5435, F.S.
