	The Florida Department of Education, Office of Independent Education and Parental Choice, of the Charter School Appeal Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Charter School Appeal Commission will hear the termination appeal of Richard Milburn Academy vs. Hillsborough County School Board.
