PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update citations that reference rules in Chapter 68B-31, F.A.C., to correspond to a reorganization of Florida’s shrimp regulations.

SUBJECT:

The subject area addressed in the rule development notice is to update incorrect rule citations that reference Chapter 68B-31, F.A.C.
