Competency and Knowledge Requirements Necessary to Qualify the LPN to Supervise in Nursing Home Facilities

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes rule development for the purpose of performing a comprehensive review for needed updates or deletions and to determine any necessary changes for implementing Chapter 2023-250, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Updating the rule and updating the rule for the purpose of implementing Chapter 2023-250, Laws of Florida (2023) (Senate Bill 558).
