64B20-5.0022

Retired Status and Reactivation of Retired Status License; Fees

PURPOSE:

If a license is placed in retired status at any time other than at the time of license renewal the licensee shall pay the change of status processing fee described in Rule 64B20-3.0001.  The proposed rule change updates the rule cite from 64B20-3.0105 to 64B20-3.0001.
