PURPOSE:

For Rule 61G6-5.001, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify definitions of Alarm System and Alarm System Contractor. For Rule 61G6-5.002, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary or outdated language. For Rule 61G6-5.004, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary or outdated language and clarify language regarding compliance with Section 489.522(2)(c), F.S. For Rule 61G6-5.006, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to update the location of the Application for Transfer form. For Rule 61G6-5.010, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify language regarding the Statement of Authority.
