Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-1.010, Florida Administrative Code, (F.A.C.), is to revise the Florida Medicaid Definitions Policy, incorporated by reference. The revised Coverage Policy clarifies conditions for meeting “medical necessity” or “medically necessary”.
