The purpose and effect is to amend the existing rule to establish the Office of Commissioner and Operational Support Services, the Office of Legislative and Cabinet Affairs, and the Office of Blockchain, Virtual Currency, and Fintech Policy within the organizational structure of the Office of Financial Regulation (OFR).
