Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

PLACE:	The in-person session will be at Wilton Manors City Hall, located at 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, FL 33305. Subject:	Financial Management No.: 441573-1-52-01, 02 Project Description: NW 29th Street from SR-845/NW 9th Avenue/Powerline Road to N Andrews Avenue in Broward County, FL. The project improvements consist of widening the roadway to accommodate 4-foot bicycle lanes in each direction Constructing new sidewalks along the south side of the corridor, upgrading pedestrian crosswalks to countdown timers at N Andrews Avenue, milling and resurfacing the roadway within the project limits, and replacing the decorative stamped concrete at the intersections of NW 7th Avenue, NW 6th Avenue, and NW 3rd Avenue. Construction will begin in December 2022 and is estimated to be completed in Early 2024. The estimated construction cost is $2,323,590. The Construction Open House will be held virtually and in person. The virtual public meeting will be held from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a brief presentation followed by questions and comments from the public. The in-person open house will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will have an informal open house format. FDOT staff and consultant staff members will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.
