Licensing and Inspection Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to update and revise Rule 61C-1.002, F.A.C., to clarify existing language and adopt updated forms by reference.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61C-1.002, F.A.C., to: adopt updated inspection and application forms; revise directives for rental unit and address changes made by the license holder of a vacation rental license; expand the timeframe limit for requiring plan review when a food service establishment is reopened after being out of business from 12 to 18 months; and to clarify when plan review is required.
