RULE:

69U-110.021

Notification to OFR after Elections or Appointments

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend existing rules and forms, and to create new a new form to conform with and implement Chapter No. 2022-178, Laws of Florida, which was signed into law on June 8, 2022. The legislation also creates a process by which a credit union must inform OFR of certain newly elected or appointed persons.  A form will be created, and the rule updated, to align with this process.
