RULE:

40D-8.624

Guidance and Minimum Levels for Lakes

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 40D-8.624, F.A.C., to establish minimum flows and levels for lakes listed on the District’s Minimum Flows and Levels Priority List pursuant to Sections 373.042 and 373.0421, Florida Statutes (F.S.).

SUMMARY:

The District proposes to establish Minimum Levels, including the High Minimum and the Minimum, and a series of Guidance Levels for Lakes Allen, Harvey and Virginia in Hillsborough County, Lake June-In-Winter in Highlands County and Lake Parker in Polk County.
