25-30.420

Establishment of Price Index, Adjustment of Rates; Requirement of Bond; Filings After Adjustment; Notice to Customers

PURPOSE:

To amend and clarify the rule. Specifically, the rule is being amended to provide that the Commission will email the price index documents to the water and wastewater utilities and to add a customer notice to the Commission form that is contained in the rule.
